Influenced by her family, she was exposed to ancient art and paintings from an early age and aspired to become a contemporary artist. After graduating from Joshibi University of Art and Design Junior and Senior High School, she entered the Japanese painting department at university, but dropped out after two years to study abroad in search of a different environment and stimulation. While studying contemporary art and philosophy at the University of the Arts London for three years, she worked as a design assistant at E.L.F Zhou London, which she came across by chance at a fetish event.
