Aizu Sake Honda is a specialty store for sake from the Aizu region, located in Fujisawa, Kanagawa Prefecture. The owner, hailing from Aizuwakamatsu, discovered the remarkable world of Aizu sake and, after obtaining the necessary license, started this new type of sake shop in the winter of 2018.
