"Mendokoro Nagase" is a shop that uses handmade soba noodles made with buckwheat flour from Hida (Kokufu-cho, Takayama City). We opened in April 2014, renting the space from the old Ebisu West store. While we maintain the simple flavor of the long-established store as our base, we are always looking to take on new challenges.
