We manufacture and sell Daikichi Miso, an additive-free blended miso, in Tamana City, Kumamoto Prefecture, Kyushu. All ingredients are domestically produced (Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Saga), additive-free, and brewed in wooden barrels. The taste is sweet, and the aroma of barley will whet your appetite. We stock a wide range of products, from barley and soybeans for miso to rice, beans, and flour. We also manufacture and sell mochi rice cakes only at the end of the year.
