Hello everyone. I'm Nakamura, the representative of Seeds Administrative Scrivener's Office. Starting June 27, 2024, the formats for the Adult Entertainment Business License Application Form, Specified Entertainment Restaurant Business License Application Form, and Change Notification Form have changed. Please note that the license application form in particular now has a new field for selecting whether the manager is "full-time/concurrent." However, due to transitional measures, the old formats can still be used for the time being. Please download the new formats from the Metropolitan Police Department website or the websites of your prefectural police department. *The manager will be a full-time manager unless there are special circumstances.
